Hello, my name is Val! I am a 31 year old furry that sometimes does the funny art thing. They / them pronouns. You can find me at any of the links below. You can view information about commissioning me at the appropriate header button above.

Commission Terms of Service

I will announce any and all commission openings on my social media sites such as Twitter and FurAffinity, so it is best to check there if I am open.I, the artist, reserve the right to accept or deny any commission or client for any reason. I also reserve the right to cancel any in-progress commission for any reason and potentially refund any amount paid appropriate to the amount of total work completed. By commissioning me, you, the client, are agreeing to these and all terms of service outlined on this page.

I will not do any paid commission work for anyone under the age of 18, regardless of theme. Any attempt at circumventing this rule will result in being permanently blacklisted and irrevocably banned from doing work with me at any point in the future.I do not draw surprise gift art unless I am familiar with all parties involved. I will draw gift art if proof of consent from the owner of all involved characters is given, however. If proof of consent has been faked, I will immediately cancel the commission, you will not be refunded, and you will be permanently and irrevocably blacklisted from commissioning me again. The same will be done if any character involved in the commission has been stolen.

Payment will be made in full via PayPal once a sketch has been approved by both artist and client. Once paid, refunds will only be made on a case-by-case basis and only in proportion to the amount of work completed. Once a piece of art has been fully completed, no refunds will be given under any circumstance. No art commissioned may be used for commercial/profit purposes without my prior consent. Feel free to ask if you would like to commission me for art used for commercial purposes, but this will be charged at a higher rate than my listed prices. No art commissioned or characters designed may be used in any way for cryptocurrencies, non-fungible tokens (aka NFTs), or any other blockchain related technologies. There will be no exceptions to this rule and anyone caught breaking it will be permanently and irrevocably blacklisted from commissioning work from me in the future.

Things I will not draw

  • Underage characters in adult/fetish scenarios. Even requesting this will result in you being permanently and irrevocably blacklisted.

  • Bigoted/offensive content or hate speech of any kind. Requesting this will result in you being permanently and irrevocably blacklisted.

  • Bestiality

  • Non-consensual sexual acts

  • Babyfur/diaper art

  • Pregnancy

  • Watersports/scat

  • Gore (light blood may be okay depending on scenario, feel free to ask)

  • Military or police themed art of any real life military or police force, modern or historical. I will not draw police themed art of fictional police forces either.

I again reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, even if it is not on this list.

You may request to use any of my fursonas or other OCs in the art you are commissioning from me, but please understand that I may not be comfortable doing so depending on the theme or scenario of the commission, and I may politely decline this for any reason. Just ask me ahead of time and as long as you are respectful of any boundaries I set, I will politely decline at worst. You may also see all of my fursonas and other OCs at the Toyhouse link on the footer of this website if you are curious.

Once art is completed, I reserve the right to post said artwork on any gallery or social media site of my choosing. I also reserve the right to not post any artwork completed for any reason. Clients may wish to remain anonymous if they choose and must tell me this ahead of time. Clients may also post watermarked versions of the art to any gallery or social media site of their choosing, so long as I am credited and the watermarked version of the art is uploaded.Once completed, clients may also be provided with the .clip Clip Studio file if they desire. You may use this to color or shade artwork yourself, and you may upload this version to any gallery or social media website you desire, so long as you credit me as the original artist, and do not remove any watermarks. Alterations to existing linework may not be made without my prior consent. Feel free to ask if you would like to do this, but I am unlikely to accept. You may not use this file for profit in any way, including (but not limited to) using it to make a base for adoptables.I will do my best to only accept an amount of commission work I can complete in a timeframe reasonable to the complexity of the art requested, but I ask clients to exercise patience with me as art is not my full-time job. I have a regular full-time job actually, that takes up a lot of my time and energy and I sadly cannot do artwork all the time. I still, however, commit to completing all work in a reasonable timeframe and will provide updates when requested.

WIP!
